Elaine Sisler

Elaine Sisler is Principal and Founder of Resolve Management Advisors, Inc. Elaine has more than 24 years experience in executive search, recruiting, client management, human resource consulting, and accounting. Previously she served as a principal in the Cleveland office for Mercer HR Consulting, the world’s largest global human resource consulting firm. At Mercer, Elaine was responsible for developing new business at Fortune 1000 companies in Northeast Ohio. Her prior experience includes 8 years at Robert Half International, a $4 billion NYSE worldwide recruiting firm, where she was the Akron Area President, winning the prestigious Championship Club Leadership award.

Elaine also established the Cleveland office for Hudson, a $1.3 billion NASDAQ global talent management organization. In addition, Elaine held managerial accounting roles with Goodrich. Elaine’s list of clients includes The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, First Energy, Akron General Medical Center, Mercer HR Consulting, The Country Club, Brouse McDowell LPA, Abercrombie & Fitch, Jones Day LPA, Brush Engineered Materials, Mittal Steel, Nestles and many others.

Education

Elaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from The Ohio State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also completed graduate studies at The University of Akron in Political Science and Law. Elaine was a National Merit Scholar and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national business honor society.

In conjunction with her career accomplishments, Elaine’'s professional memberships include Financial Executives International, Northeast Ohio Human Resources Planning Society, The Woman’s Board of Akron General Medical Center, Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, and First Book of Greater Akron Advisory Board.

Elaine's husband, Tim Sisler, co-founded Resolve Management Advisors in January of 2008. Tim is currently a Partner with B2BCFO, a national CFO firm where he provides guidance to business owners looking to improve cash flow, build wealth and identify planned exit strategies.
